How ORIVA works

1. Take the 60-second quiz

Answer a short eligibility quiz online. We ask about your health history, current medications, and goals. There's no commitment, and your information is encrypted.

2. A licensed provider reviews

An independent provider, licensed in your state, reviews your intake. They may message you for clarification through the secure ORIVA portal. They decide whether treatment is appropriate — a prescription is not guaranteed.

3. Medication ships to your door

If you're approved and you accept the plan, a U.S.-licensed pharmacy ships your medication, supplies, and instructions directly to you. Most patients receive their first shipment within 5–7 business days of approval.

Ongoing care

Your provider stays available through the portal for dose adjustments, side-effect support, and check-ins. Plans renew monthly; cancel any time before the next billing cycle.
