Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ORIVA when you use our website or telehealth services.

Last updated: November 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using oriva.fit (the "Site") or any service ORIVA, Inc. ("ORIVA", "we", "our") provides, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use ORIVA's services. Some services may not be available in every state. ORIVA is not intended for emergency medical use.

3. Nature of services

ORIVA is a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. ORIVA itself does not practice medicine, dispense medication, or guarantee any treatment outcome. Whether to prescribe a medication is solely the decision of your provider.

No prescription is guaranteed. Submitting an intake does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not entitle you to any medication or specific treatment.

4. Account and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your intake and to keep that information up to date. Falsified information may delay or prevent treatment and may result in account termination.

5. Payments & subscriptions

If you start a treatment plan, you authorize ORIVA (and its payment processors) to charge the payment method on file at the cadence disclosed at checkout. You can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds, where applicable, are described at checkout and are not available for medication that has already shipped.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ORIVA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ORIVA disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORIVA's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid ORIVA in the 12 months prior to the claim or $100.

9. Arbitration & dispute resolution

You and ORIVA agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, on an individual basis. Class actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance.
