- To route your intake to a licensed provider for review
- To deliver and bill for services you select

We do not sell your personal information
ORIVA does not sell your personal information for marketing or other purposes. Period.
Sharing
We share information with: (a) your independent provider, (b) the licensed pharmacy that fills your prescription, (c) service providers under contract (payment, hosting, analytics), and (d) when required by law.
HIPAA & protected health information
Information you share with your ORIVA provider is "protected health information" under HIPAA. It is handled under the provider's Notice of Privacy Practices and is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of certain processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential site function, analytics (aggregated, no PHI), and conversion measurement. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser or our cookie banner.
Retention
We retain account and treatment information for as long as your account is active and as required by law (typically 7 years for medical records).
Children
ORIVA is not intended for users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
