How do I cancel?

Open the ORIVA portal, go to Plan → Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No fees, no questions.

How do I update my shipping address?

Portal → Account → Shipping. Updates apply to your next shipment if processed at least 48 hours in advance.

What happens after I submit the eligibility quiz?

You'll get a confirmation email immediately. A licensed provider reviews your intake — most reviews complete within one business day. You'll hear from us either way.

Medication

Does my medication need refrigeration?

Most GLP-1 medications require refrigeration. Each shipment includes detailed handling instructions and an insulated cold-chain pack.

What if I miss a dose?

Message your provider through the portal. General guidance: if it's been less than 5 days, take the missed dose as soon as you remember; if longer, skip it and continue with your next scheduled dose. Never double up without provider guidance.

Billing

Do you take insurance?

ORIVA is a cash-pay service. We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a superbill on request for you to submit yourself.

What if I'm charged after canceling?

Email [email protected] with your cancellation confirmation; we resolve mistaken charges within 3 business days.
